Meditation exercise for your back

Close your eyes
Please inhale deep and exhale.
While exhaling, please imagine your back as a room.
In there are sacks filled with neative energy and bad experiences.
Now please take them out of this room and burn them in an oven.
As you have done that , fill your room with bright light.
So now please inhale and exhale and go back to your body and open your eyes.
